Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, identifying patient needs to formulate individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement an array of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, fully complying with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards to ensure patient privacy.

• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster an environment of continuous improvement and quality enhancement in therapeutic services.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources to empower them in their wellness journey.

Qualifications\n
