Friendly Psychiatry is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our esteemed clinic located in Paterson, New Jersey. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies that encourage client engagement and support personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client care.
