Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address concerns, and determine appropriate discharge timelines, ensuring their journey towards mental wellness is met with care and thoughtfulness.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that center around the clients' specific needs and goals, adapting them as necessary based on feedback and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in New York.

• Proficient in computer-based documentation, including the use of Excel, outlook for scheduling, and RMS systems for client management.
