Company Description 30 year reputation / Mission-driven growth / Huge expansion runway Executive Leadership Opportunity — Home Medical Equipment (HME) New Start Home Medical Equipment is expanding its Home Medical Equipment division and seeking experienced executive leadership to build and scale a next-generation HME model focused on complex care, hospital-to-home transitions, and long-term patient outcomes. Unlike traditional HME providers that only deliver equipment, New Start is creating a fully integrated support model that combines advanced respiratory equipment, ventilator and tracheostomy expertise, clinical coordination, transition support, and patient independence training. Our goal is to become a preferred hospital-to-home partner for medically complex patients requiring safe discharge solutions and ongoing home-based support. We are focused on building strategic partnerships with hospitals, managed care organizations, case managers, and healthcare systems to reduce readmissions, improve patient outcomes, and create sustainable long-term care pathways in the home setting. This leadership role will help develop operational infrastructure, referral networks, payer relationships, growth strategy, and scalable HME programs specializing in respiratory and complex care services. Our vision is to redefine what HME can be by delivering not only equipment, but a complete continuum of support that empowers patients to live safely and independently at home while improving healthcare system efficiency and outcomes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Business Development-Growth & Strategic Partnerships Services, located in Los Angeles, CA. The individual in this role will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, oversee account management, and implement business plans. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, negotiating contracts, driving lead generation strategies, and ensuring organizational growth through strategic initiatives.
