Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thoughtful and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these individuals toward developing necessary coping skills and strategies to enhance their quality of life, thus contributing to their overall psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued license qualifying you as an independent mental health counselor; this may include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials. Please specify your license and state in your application.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary record in your professional history.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a kind, empathetic nature.

• Strong proficiency in computer operations and technology.
\n
• A reliable computer setup with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions, alongside a dependable internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
