Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to offer integrated treatment approaches and share insights with fellow therapists, enhancing our therapeutic community.

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions to adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders, using appropriate therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our therapist portal, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.

• Compose mental health diagnoses as per the DSM V criteria and develop individualized treatment plans that align with these diagnoses.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and solution-focused brief therapy during counseling sessions.

• Access support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and self-care.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults from diverse backgrounds who experience a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Your approach should be holistic and culturally responsive, taking into consideration the individual experiences that shape each client’s mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD).
