Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients’ mental health concerns, crafting personalized treatment plans that address their specific issues.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options, offering flexibility for clients who may have to navigate physical accessibility challenges.

• Maintain and document clinical notes carefully to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing care for adolescents and young adults managing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. By utilizing a telehealth platform, you will reach clients from diverse backgrounds who may benefit from the privacy and comfort of receiving therapy from home. This role plays a crucial part in making mental health services accessible to those who may otherwise face obstacles to in-person care.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possess an active state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD).

• Exhibit advanced technological proficiency, including navigating Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and using the Google Suite.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, contributing to a therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Maintain confidentiality standards while working from home, including a private space free from interruptions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, especially through telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Additionally, we offer:
