Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, tailored to meet their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop thoughtful case conceptualizations to guide treatment strategies.
• Facilitate case collaboration and coordinate care with other professionals and community resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards, ensuring clear communication within the therapeutic process.
• Utilize evidence-based trauma treatment models to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training, and participation in team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes a wide range of individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, particularly focusing on trauma. By harnessing various therapeutic models, you will be equipped to support clients through their healing journeys. This role requires sensitivity and expertise in addressing the complexities of trauma, helping clients to build resilience and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current, active licensure from the State of Pennsylvania to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a primary therapist or in a relevant behavioral health role demonstrating effective therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care, specific therapeutic modalities, or working with diverse populations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation processes is also advantageous as we strive to maintain the highest standards of care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
