Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement customized evidence-based treatment plans for individual clients, incorporating various therapeutic modalities to address their unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to foster engagement and promote healing among diverse populations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and treatment efficacy.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to share insights, gain feedback, and uphold best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation in the state of Florida is required.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques specifically designed for various mental health treatments.

• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team settings and an understanding of holistic treatment approaches.
