This position is entirely remote, allowing for a balance between your professional life and personal commitments. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to cater to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), employing an individualized approach tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in alignment with HIPAA standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and compliance throughout all documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
