Work Environment\n

This position allows our counselors to engage with clients remotely, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and work-life balance. Our work schedule is full-time from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, supporting clinicians in managing their time effectively while providing consistent, high-level care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, actively establishing rapport, ensuring positive working relationships, and upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan upcoming appointments, including appropriate discharge when indicated.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure all interactions and treatment strategies are critically recorded and evaluated for future reference.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, which includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your contributions will directly impact their therapeutic journeys, helping to navigate obstacles and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in therapeutic principles and practices.

• Valid and active LPC license, free from restrictions, allowing for independent and unrestricted practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation, showcasing your familiarity with the dynamics of outpatient care and therapy.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer software for clinical documentation, including RMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
