Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Century Road Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments of clients to evaluate their mood disorder symptoms, identifying their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment pathways, and self-care practices.

• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
