Work Environment\n

The role primarily operates in a remote telehealth capacity, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. The standard workday is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering the interplay between medical conditions and mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work primarily with adults facing a plethora of challenges related to co-occurring conditions. This includes individuals dealing with chronic pain and substance use disorders alongside mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Your role will be critical in fostering therapeutic relationships that promote patient engagement in their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with patients who have complex, co-occurring medical and mental health needs.

• Prior experience in integrated healthcare settings and evidence of collaborative work with medical professionals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits\n
