Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, documenting functional limitations and designing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment strategies that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at pain relief and functional enhancement.
• Provide education and support to patients, their families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals, techniques, and home exercise programs to promote independence.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to discuss patient progress, coordinate care, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment provided, and billing information accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach initiatives to enhance service delivery and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries, such as joint replacements, fractures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective collaboration and patient education.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and word processing software is essential.

Preferred Experience
