Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses during initial consultations to identify specific needs and concerns.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans designed to address each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in your sessions.

• Offer continual support through regular therapeutic sessions, guiding patients in developing coping strategies and life skills to manage their conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care by providing appropriate referrals as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using our integrated health record management systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with substance abuse, adults managing chronic anxiety and depression, and those facing eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and this role will require you to tailor your therapeutic approach based on their individual cultural, social, and economic contexts. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field is a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 95,000 annually, plus a potential sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
