Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring each client’s privacy and integrity is protected.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer a holistic approach to client care and improve overall treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and team meetings to stay abreast of current mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients who may lack access to traditional mental health services, focusing on vulnerable populations such as individuals coping with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and family-related issues. Your work will help bridge the gap in care for those who may feel isolated or underserved.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
