Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of each client to identify their mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adjusting approaches as needed to suit individual clients' situations.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients' immediate safety and emotional needs are prioritized during challenging moments.

• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies through ongoing assessment and communication with clients and team members.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while employing electronic medical record systems as applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. Your role will focus on delivering person-centered care that respects their unique experiences and needs, helping them navigate their situations with compassion and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Consciousness Integration Service offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
