Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician at RCC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions focusing on evidence-based practices that promote mental health recovery.

• Maintaining a minimum schedule of 33 patient hours weekly, ensuring high client engagement and availability.
\n
• Utilizing the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in every session to refine therapeutic approaches and monitor progress.
\n
• Participating in weekly in-person consultations to discuss cases, share insights, and engage in team-building activities.
\n
• Adhering to company policies regarding scheduling, documentation, fee collection, and client onboarding.

RCC serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing a wide array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field.

• A current and valid license to practice in Washington State as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
