Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, ensuring individualized understanding of their circumstances.

• Create, implement, and continuously update customized treatment plans that align with client goals and employ tailored therapeutic techniques to promote client progress.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suitable for the client’s needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, displaying professional judgment and providing immediate support while ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Enhance professional knowledge and skills through ongoing training, participation in supervision sessions, and engaging in continued education opportunities relevant to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity clients who have been pre-screened to ensure that you can provide effective therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment. This includes individuals dealing with mild to moderate mental health concerns. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients’ emotional, psychological, and social well-being, thereby encouraging their journey toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exceptional skills in creating a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative client experience that fosters trust and communication.

• An approachable demeanor, coupled with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

We recommend candidates come with at least two years of experience working in a mental health counseling capacity, preferably within community health settings. Familiarity with telehealth services is a plus, as is experience in working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
