Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to individual circumstances.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing proven methods such as solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, guiding them through the complexities of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
