Valley of Lily Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing critical mental health support to clients in a remote detox center setting. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and care plans for clients experiencing severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services, including crisis intervention, counseling, and psychoeducation for clients throughout their detox process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at psychoeducation, skill-building, and enhancing peer support among clients.
• Utilize telehealth technology to conduct individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit the virtual context and ensuring high-quality care.
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and engaging in discussions that promote the overall effectiveness of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification and those struggling with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to respect individual traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles. Engaging compassionately with clients, you will create a safe space for them to explore their challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon.
• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment modalities for mental health disorders, risk assessment, and crisis management techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to effectively manage a caseload and adhere to treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with a deeper background in mental health settings, particularly with detoxification services or substance use disorder, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will also be advantageous in ensuring effective service provision.

Compensation and Benefits
