Health Access Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a balanced approach to both professional responsibilities and personal commitments. While you will primarily work from home, you may occasionally attend client meetings or community events. Regular business hours are expected, with some evening and weekend hours required to meet clients' needs and participate in important program activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' unique social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a personalized approach.
• Develop and implement detailed service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress metrics tailored to client needs.
• Provide individual and family counseling, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques designed to promote healing and growth.
• Collaborate with clients to establish actionable and personalized service plans, connecting them with relevant community resources for additional support.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure client welfare during critical times.
• Build and maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, thereby enhancing the support network for clients.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness of the Detox Center’s services and promote engagement from potential clients.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional training to continually improve service delivery and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for this position.

• Exceptional communication skills, along with cultural competence, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
