Key Responsibilities\n

• Create initial treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, coordinating additional services and revising plans as necessary to adapt to client needs.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records according to the facility and professional standards, with timely updates to reflect client progress and changes in treatment.

• Manage a designated caseload effectively, ensuring regular follow-ups and adjustments to the therapeutic approach as indicated by ongoing assessments.

• Engage in treatment team meetings to discuss case progress, sharing insights and collaborating with fellow staff to optimize client care.

• Recognize and respond promptly to any complaints or unmet needs from patients, ensuring a high standard of care and client satisfaction.
