Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule, with full-time options exceeding 30 hours per week or part-time options starting at over 5 hours per week. Our remote setting allows you to reach clients in a convenient and accessible manner while minimizing commute time and enhancing work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
\n
• Performing ongoing assessments to understand clients' unique needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Developing and implementing client-specific interventions aimed at helping them acquire coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication skills to navigate daily challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records while adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

• Providing clients with resources and referral information for additional support services as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stabilizing and supporting low-acuity adults who may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you will need:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and independent state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) without disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with computer literacy to navigate our user-friendly counseling platform effectively.

• A reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless communication with clients during telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Proven background in providing telehealth services, particularly counseling via video platforms.

• Experience working with diverse adult populations, especially those dealing with common mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
