This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. Our practice manages all administrative tasks, including new client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and electronic health record (EHR) upkeep. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the practice to share insights and continually enhance the quality of care.

• Assist clients in navigating their challenges by providing empathetic support, fostering coping strategies and skills.

• Maintain an active and professional presence in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adults aged 18 and over, addressing diverse mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. We value inclusivity and sensitivity in our approach, with a particular emphasis on providing effective support to the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing their mental well-being and aiding their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience.

• Strong background in CBT or Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Experience working with minority populations, including those from the LGBTQIA+ community, is preferred.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance is required.

• History of providing psychotherapy services to adult clients.

• Strong understanding of Men’s mental health issues is a plus.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
