Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify concerns and formulate precise clinical diagnoses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments and client goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address a spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, offering immediate support during critical situations and connecting them to necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and progress assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and community resources, advocating for their needs within therapeutic and community frameworks.

• Commit to ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is USD 85,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
