Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individualized mental health needs, using standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement effective and personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and preferences.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly establish and review client therapeutic goals while monitoring progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation in adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a dynamic caseload efficiently.
\n
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care are essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating comfort with virtual therapy platforms and technology.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them effectively in therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
