Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and clinical evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to the unique backgrounds and concerns of each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor and adjust treatment plans based on their progress.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring that clients who prefer remote meetings or face accessibility challenges receive the same level of support as in-person encounters.

• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards by maintaining secure, organized documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve clients from diverse backgrounds seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related area is preferred.
