Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's defined goals and preferences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats such as individual therapy, family counseling, and support groups.

• Monitor clients' progress continuously, making adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.

• Assist clients in crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support to stabilize their conditions.

• Compile and maintain precise and confidential records in adherence with HIPAA and other legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n
