HR Generalist

To support company goals and objectives, the remote HR Generalist will manage various HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, training, and recruitment while serving as a key resource for employees and management. Key responsibilities Administers HR programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR processes Serves as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex matters as needed Coordinates the HR onboarding process and supports employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent HR experience 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HRIS/data management Experience working with HRIS systems is required Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements at various levels HR Generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions is preferred
