Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an individualized approach to treatment.

• Provide exceptional individual and family therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic modalities to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Complete essential administrative tasks including billing, thorough documentation, formulation of individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in alignment with organizational deadlines.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in achieving sustained emotional stability.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans, readying clients for transition post-therapy while ensuring their ongoing support needs are met.
\n
• Maintain adherence to all federal and state regulations, along with NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all counseling practices.
\n
• Commit to continuous professional development by pursuing ongoing training and education in therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions that enhance patient care.
\n
• Fulfill all requirements for licensure and complete mandatory training sessions as part of your professional commitment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults from varying backgrounds and experiences. Your ability to establish rapport and provide culturally competent care will be essential in creating a safe space where clients feel heard and valued. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field resulting in licensure is required.

• You must hold current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the State of Colorado.
