Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in home care settings, assessing their physical conditions and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's diagnosis and recovery goals.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment, to facilitate pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously, tracking patient progress, responses to therapy, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess patients' conditions and redefine therapeutic goals based on their recovery trajectory, implementing modified or new treatment strategies as needed.
• Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques for self-care, use of assistive devices, and any prescribed exercise regimens, ensuring adherence and understanding of the rehabilitation process.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in the field of physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging with professional literature, and participating in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , complemented by a generous benefits package.
