Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's mental health status, history, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and circumstances of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to diverse client populations.

• Document session notes and treatment outcomes accurately to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and reporting standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and conduct multi-disciplinary team meetings when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited university.

• An active state license to practice therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) allowing for unsupervised clinical operations.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy, preferably with adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
