This role primarily operates in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule while ensuring you remain accessible to your clients. However, your responsibilities will also include participating in outpatient office engagements when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and progress reviews.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they meet the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly update treatment records, discharge reports, and other documentation in compliance with agency deadlines, contract stipulations, and licensing requirements.

• Safeguard client confidentiality, ensuring the protection and proper management of all client records.
\n
• Utilize your diagnostic expertise to assess and diagnose children and adolescents effectively, implementing targeted treatment strategies that promote growth and healing.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and provide the best possible care to your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus in this role will be working with children and adolescents facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. This includes establishing therapeutic rapport to foster trust and openness, ultimately guiding them toward improved mental health outcomes. In addition, you will also work with parents and families to support the healing process, involving them in treatment plans and strategies that promote family resilience and cohesion.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
