Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals, couples, and families, all dealing with a range of mental health conditions. By adapting your therapeutic approach, you will address unique cultural and contextual factors, ensuring that each client receives the most relevant and effective support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• A valid and current license under the Marriage and Family Therapist Board to practice in the State of Illinois is essential.

• Proven experience working with a diverse clientele, demonstrating cultural competency in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior background in outpatient psychotherapy settings is strongly preferred.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer generous benefits that include:
