Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that promote their well-being.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and inter-disciplinary professionals to ensure clients receive the most effective and coordinated care possible.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating effective de-escalation techniques and crisis management skills.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, while promoting the services offered by Vitality Counseling.

Qualifications\n
