Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at our center, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues and identify appropriate intervention strategies.

• Providing individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals—psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure integrated and holistic care approaches for clients.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate clear goals and measurable outcomes.

• Engaging in crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
