Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Active mental health licensure in Pennsylvania as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy sessions and comfortable with technology-driven solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also valuing teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
