Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions through live video platforms with adult clients, using methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to encourage emotional wellness.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and recovery metrics to develop, monitor, and refine personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to enhance client care, share insights, and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in regular team consultations and receive ongoing clinical support, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes efficiently using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

Your expertise will be directed towards the adult population, particularly those facing substantial challenges related to their mental health. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique emotional and psychological needs. A strong commitment to delivering culturally responsive care that honors each client's experience is essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with active licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly with adult populations exhibiting a variety of mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of recent experience in implementing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

• Experience working with high-risk clients, particularly those exhibiting symptoms indicative of severe mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
