• Conduct individualized counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on enhancing client mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with have been carefully screened and are primarily stable adults exhibiting low acuity. They possess a readiness to engage in the therapeutic process, allowing you to apply your expertise to enhance their life satisfaction and emotional health. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, you must possess the following licenses in good standing: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Provisional licenses are not acceptable, and applicants must show no history of disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and an aptitude for utilizing technology effectively in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, depending on your working hours and caseload. We also offer a competitive sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, further enhancing your and your family's well-being.
