This contract-based opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated team and a supportive environment focused on student success. Serving as the primary case manager at this location, you’ll collaborate with other SLP professionals and an experienced SLP-A, ensuring comprehensive care and intervention for a diverse caseload.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Missouri.
• School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary populations.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as case manager for approximately 21 students, overseeing assessments, IEP development, and progress monitoring.
• Provide direct speech-language services to around 76 students, with support from an SLP-A.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal student outcomes.
• Supervise the onsite SLP-A as required, ensuring high-quality delivery of services.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements.
