This onsite position begins in November 2026 and wraps up in January 2027, providing essential coverage during a maternity leave. You’ll work four days per week in a supportive school environment near Overland Park, KS, making a difference in the lives of young learners.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Holds a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active state license (or able to obtain) for Kansas
• Previous experience in school settings or with elementary-aged students is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to onsite work throughout the assignment

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy sessions to elementary-aged students
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational development
• Deliver engaging interventions to help students achieve their speech and language goals
