You will work within a structured schedule accommodating clients seven days a week, from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n \n Develop individualized therapeutic strategies for each client, tailoring approaches to meet unique needs. \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to form effective treatment plans. \n Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical and legal standards in all practices. \n Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay informed of the latest developments in mental health practices and research. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, facing various mental health and relational challenges. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, utilizing a compassionate and client-centered approach. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia. \n Demonstrated experience in counseling, with a minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting. \n Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice. \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse clientele. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, relationship counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use therapy. \n Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies. \n An established network of community resources or services that supports client referrals and follow-ups. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by bonus opportunities based on performance.
