Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Xenial Healthcare, you will primarily work with adult clients facing an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

  A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Alongside competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also provide performance-based bonuses and the possibility of a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
