Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in the mental health care of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report on patient progress, address needs, and discuss potential concerns.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with departmental protocols.

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge plans informed by thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Providing direct counseling and crisis intervention for patients coping with emotional and behavioral challenges, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Assisting clients in discharge planning processes and coordinating care by working closely with various service providers in the region.

• Consulting and coordinating with clients' families or support systems to enhance treatment outcomes and facilitate recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent mental health credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and familiarity with MS Office applications.
