Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that may include children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions. This encompasses challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your capacity to build rapport and trust with individuals and families will be crucial in guiding them toward recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience providing mental health counseling services.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

• A proactive approach to continuing education and a commitment to applying the latest methodologies in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While we value all relevant experience, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR) or with experience working in telehealth environments will be given priority consideration. Compensation and Benefits\n
