Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver diverse therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the needs of each client.

• Engage in child and family counseling sessions focusing on those who qualify under the medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria, ensuring comprehensive and personalized care.

• Design and lead psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and other workshops as dictated by client needs, enhancing their understanding and capabilities in managing mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans, including timely completion of necessary case materials, program forms, and statistical data.

• Meet contractual obligations by billing a specified number of reimbursable hours, utilizing our billing and management software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Your primary focus will be on children and families, serving a diverse array of backgrounds and cultural contexts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and standards.

• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic remote work environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in managing billing hours, documentation, and client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n
