Job Title:HR InternshipDepartment:Human ResourcesCountry:United States of AmericaState/Province:ArkansasCity:LowellFull/Part Time:Part timeJob Summary:Under close supervision, this position is responsible for building real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and/or the coordination of HR policies and procedures.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Assist in screening resumes, application forms, candidates, and/or prospects • Participate in organizing company events and careers daysAssist and schedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksPrepare HR-related reports as neededAddress employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsReview and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copiesPerform various data entry and validation as neededQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED equivalent OR currently enrolled in a degree program in good standing at an accredited community college, college or universityPreferred Qualifications:Experience in an office environmentExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with resume databasesAbility to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediumsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to process information with high levels of accuracyAbility to use time and resources efficiently and effectivelyThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.Compensation:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
