This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility to manage your schedule while working under structured hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting live virtual therapy sessions for adults, employing therapeutic techniques that cater to a variety of mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders necessitating immediate support. Our client base reflects a diverse community from Visalia and surrounding areas, providing you with the opportunity to engage with individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in a mental health-related field, including but not limited to social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or professional clinical counseling (LPCC).

• An active license to practice independently in California, with additional state licenses viewed favorably.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, demonstrating successful management of client cases.

• Proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in treating adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Process Recovery, Ltd offers a competitive compensation package that ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
