Delivery & Performance of the Squad
Lead the delivery of a team of 4 to 5 engineers.
Ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to commitments.
Organize the team's work (technical breakdown, prioritization, follow-up).
Identify, anticipate, and remove daily blockers.
Contribute to improving predictability and speed of execution.
Structured adoption of AI in engineering workflows.
Technical Excellence
Ensure technical quality within the squad's scope.
Actively participate in development (approximately 65% of the time).
Lead code reviews and disseminate best practices.
Challenge technical choices and ensure consistency of implementations.
Maintain a high level of requirement on quality, maintainability, and performance.
Architecture & Standards
Lead and contribute to architectural decisions within the squad's scope.
Apply and relay the standards defined at the engineering level.
Participate in the management of technical debt.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices (tests, CI/CD, observability).
Mentorship and Technical Leadership
Accompany developers in their career and technical progression.
Provide regular and structured feedback.
Develop autonomy and ownership within the team.
Create a demanding and supportive environment.
